Refund and Warranty

At GAONENG, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the refund and warranty conditions below.

 

Refund Conditions:

  • Store:The refund and exchange policy only covers products directly purchased from gaoneng.shop.
  • Lost Package Refund: If your order is not delivered within shipping time frame and is finally confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund.

        The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address filled out on the order is correct.

  • Within Warranty Period: GAONENG offers a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering DOA (dead on arrival) and any manufacturer defects under normal use. This warranty excludes misuse due to overcharging, over-discharging, impact damage, or water damage.

 

For battery warranty requests, please provide the following required photos:

Photo of the battery label (showing all product information)

Photo of individual cell voltages displayed on a battery checker or charger

Refund Process:

When you encounter a problem with our battery within the 15-day warranty period (from the date of delivery), please email our after-sales service team with images of the defective battery.
