SOFT PACK FOR RC CAR

A softcase battery contains the exact same high-energy Lipo or LiHV cells as a hardcase pack. The key difference lies entirely in the outer packaging.

Instead of being encased in a heavy, boxy ABS plastic shell, a softcase LiPo pack wraps the cells inside protective aluminum foil layers, finished with a heavy-duty, impact-resistant PVC heat-shrink sleeve. This eliminates unnecessary bulk and dead weight, leaving you with raw, unadulterated power density.

 Their advantages include lighter weight, better flexibility in fitting various chassis shapes, and improved heat dissipation. However, soft pack batteries lack the robust physical protection that hard case batteries provide.
